Advisory Services

 
  Research findings are most relevant when they are applied. ERC undertakes advisory service work to put key learning into practice in organizations that are in need of assistance. Good ethical practices not only reduce legal risk, they can build an organization's reputation, protect leadership from being blind-sided and reduce cynicism among employees. Our advisory work includes:

  • Assessment and evaluation of ethics and compliance programs
  • Development of training content and delivery of live training
  • The creation and review of codes of conduct
  • Collaboration with multinational corporations and international ethics centers to promote global ethics
